Coaching or training?
The support that I offer is a combination of training and coaching. I use a specific program (MBSR, applied mindfulness or the Passion test) as the structure and outline for our sessions and will introduce you to new concepts, models and exercises that are intended to teach you new skills, to help you grow as a person and to lead a more meaningful, happy life. This would be considered traning.
At the same time, I will support you in appplying those new skills, I will help you deal with difficulties that come up for you and I will be there to keep your accountable to the changes you intend to make, which is considered as coaching.
